आधार कार्ड में अपना नाम कैसे सुधारें? (Aadhaar Name Correction online process)

• Aadhar Card Name Change Online 2021, Aadhar Card Correction Online 2021 follow the this stepचरण 1:- Aadhar Card Name Change Online 2021 करने के लिए सबसे पहले आपको UIDAI की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ पर जाएं.

  चरण 2:- अब आपके सामने आधार कार्ड की न्यू वेबसाइट खुलकर आपके सामने आयेगा यहाँ पर आपको  “Login” पर क्लिक करना होगा |

  चरण 3:- अपने 12 अंकों का Aadhar Number के साथ “Enter Security Code” बॉक्स में भरकर SEND OTP पर क्लिक करें |

  चरण 4:- अब आपके रजिस्टर मोबाइल नंबर पर एक OTP आएगा जिसे Box में भरना होगा और “Login” वाले आप्शन पर क्लिक करना होगा |

  चरण 5:- अब आप लॉग इन हो जायेंगे यहाँ पर आपको “Update Aadhaar Online” पर क्लिक करना होगा

  

  चरण 6:- अब आपका यहाँ पर कुछ इंस्ट्रक्शन खुलकर आयेगा आपको “Proceed To Update Aadhar” वाले आप्शन पर क्लिक करना होगा |

  

  चरण 7:- अब आपको “Name” पर क्लिक करके “Proceed to Update Aadhaar” पर क्लिक करना होगा |

  

  चरण 8:- अब आपको यहाँ पर Correct Name जो आधार कार्ड में रखना चाहते है  बॉक्स में भरना है और आपको अपना डॉक्यूमेंट अपलोड करना है अगर आपको समझने में कोई समस्या आ रहा है तो आप लिंक वाले बॉक्स में विडियो का लिंक दिया गया है आप विडियो देख सकते है |

  चरण 9:- अब आपको ” Allow UIDAI to correct any transection related inaccurcy which may have occured” और ” I hereby confirm that read the instruction carefully and the information provided by me to the UIDAI is true and correct” पर क्लिक करना है |

  

  चरण 8:- अब आप कार्ड या नेट बैंकिंग या यूपीआई के जरिए 50 रुपये पेमेंट करें.

  

  चरण 10:- पेमेंट के बाद इसकी सूचना “आपको वही पर मिल जाएगा “

  चरण 11:- कुछ दिनों में आधार कार्ड आपका अपडेट हो जाएगा |

• Ration /PDS Photograph Card/e-Ration Card
• Voter Identity Card/e-Voter Identity Card
• Kisan Photo Passbook
• Disability Identity Card / Certificate of Disability issued under Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017
• Photograph Identity Card / Certificate with Photograph issued by Central Govt./ State Govt. like Bhamashah, Domicile Certificate, Resident Certificate, Jan- Aadhaar, MGNREGA/ NREGS Job Card, Labour Card etc.
• Marriage Certificate with/without Photograph issued by Central Govt./ State Govt. (Supporting PoI document of old name and Photograph is required if the Marriage Certificate is without Photograph)
• ST/ SC/ OBC Certificate issued by Central Govt./ State Govt.
• Scheduled Commercial Bank’s (notified by RBI) Passbook having Name and Photograph (cross stamped with Bank seal) and signed by Bank Official/ Post Office Savings Account Passbook (with stamp and signature of issuing Official of Post Office)
• Bank Account Statement/ Credit Card Statement (with Bank stamp & signature of issuing Bank Official)/ Post Office Savings Account Statement (with stamp and signature of issuing Official of Post Office) (not older than 3 months)
• Transgender Identity Card / Certificate issued under the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019
• Electricity Bill (Prepaid/Postpaid bill, not older than 3 months)Water Bill (not older than 3 months)
• Telephone Landline Bill/ Postpaid Mobile Bill/ Broadband Bill (not older than 3 months)
• Property Tax Receipt (not older than 1 year)
• Valid Registered Sale Agreement/ Registered Gift Deed in Registrar office/ Registered or Non Registered Rent/ Lease Agreement / Leave and License Agreement
• Gas Connection Bill (not older than 3 months)
• Allotment letter of accommodation issued by Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSU/ Regulatory Bodies/ Statutory Bodies (not older than 1 year)
• Life / Medical Insurance Policy (valid up to 1 year from the date of issue of the Policy)
• Prisoner Induction Document (PID) issued by Prison Officer with signature and seal

Certificate issued on UIDAI Standard Certificate format by:

• i. MP/ MLA/ MLC/ Municipal Councillor
• ii. Gazetted Officer Group ‘A’/ EPFO Officer
• iii. Tehsildar/ Gazetted Officer Group ‘B’
• Gazetted Officer at NACO/ State Health Department/ ‘Project Director of the State Aids Control Society
• v. Superintendent/ Warden/ Matron/ Head of Institution of recognized shelter homes or orphanages (for children of concerned shelter home or orphanage only)
• vi. Recognized Educational Institution signed by Head of Institute (for the concerned Institute students only)

Documents applicable for OCI Card holders/ LTV document holders/ Nepal & Bhutan nationals/ other Resident Foreigners

• Valid Long Term VISA (LTV) document along with Foreign Passport (valid or expired) of origin country issued to minorities communities of Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan namely Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians
• Valid Registration Certificate or Residential permit issued by FRRO/FRO to the Resident Foreigners (except OCI Card holders, LTV document holders and Nepal/ Bhutan nationals)
